Who we are

Pase Studio is an independent game and app studio based in Egypt. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Pase Studio. You can reach us at admin@pasestudio.com.

This website

pasestudio.com does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and loads nothing from other companies. Our web server keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, for a short time to keep the site secure.

Information you give us

• Your account: the manager or player name you choose, your email address and your password. Passwords are stored only in a protected, hashed form.
• What you write: messages, forum posts and other content you share with other players, and anything you send us when you contact support.
• Purchases: if you buy something in a game, we keep a record of the order, such as what you bought, when and for how much. Payments are handled through the payment method you choose, and we never store your full card details.

Information collected when you play

• Your progress and activity in the game, such as your club, your results and your settings.
• Technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, language and time zone, which we use to run the game, prevent cheating and abuse, and keep accounts safe.
• Cookies and similar storage that keep you signed in and remember your settings.

Analytics

Pase Manager uses Google Analytics to understand how the game is used, with advertising storage and ad personalization turned off. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

How we use your information

To run our games and your account, keep play fair and secure, answer you when you contact us, send the emails your account needs, such as confirmation and password recovery, send updates about your club, and improve our games.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our games, such as hosting, email delivery and analytics, and only as far as they need it; when the law requires it; or to protect players and our games from fraud and abuse. Your manager name, your club and what you post publicly are visible to other players.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except what we must keep by law or to prevent fraud. Technical logs are kept for a limited time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by writing to admin@pasestudio.com. We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We protect your information with encrypted connections, hashed passwords and limited access. No system is completely secure, so please use a password that you use nowhere else.

International transfers

Our servers and service providers may be located outside your country. Wherever your information is processed, we protect it as this policy describes.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date on this page and, for important changes, tell you in our games.
